All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by FateDeep LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
FateDeep LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
